We're looking for a hands-on Administrative Officer to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll own four core areas: office administration, facilities, transport, and maintenance — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration, records, and supplier relationships
Oversee facilities — safety compliance, space management, and vendor coordination
Run the transport function including fleet scheduling and driver oversight
Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
Prepare operational reports and budget summaries for senior management
Lead and support the admin team to maintain efficient workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years in an administrative or operations role
Experience managing facilities, transport, or maintenance is a strong plus
Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with operational tools is an advantage
