Job Summary
Veegal Enterprises is looking for a responsible and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage Chitty branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing customers, handling monthly Chitty collections, supervising the team, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for branch operations.
- Manage Chitty members and maintain good customer relationships.
- Collect monthly Chitty payments from customers on time.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate collection and customer records.
- Handle money and collection responsibilities with complete accountability.
- Supervise and guide the collection team.
- Achieve monthly collection and branch targets.
- Develop new customers and expand the branch network.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly collection reports to management.
- Ensure all collected amounts are properly recorded and submitted according to company procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Chitty, Finance, Banking, Collections, Sales, or Branch Management preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Responsible and trustworthy in handling money.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer collections when required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and record keeping.

₹20,000 onwards + Attractive Performance Incentives
