We are currently building a Stilt + 3 Floors residential project located in Teynampet and are looking for a reliable Site Engineer to support smooth and timely site operations.
Role Description - Site Engineer
This is a full-time, on-site role in Teynampet.
The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring that work is carried out correctly, on time, and as per drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site activities from start to completion
- Ensure execution matches approved structural and architectural drawings
- Monitor RCC works (footings, columns, beams, slabs) at every stage
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, and alignment before concreting
- Coordinate and conduct basic quality tests (slump test, cube test, etc.)
- Verify material quality before use (cement, steel, aggregates)
- Plan daily work to avoid delays or idle time
- Coordinate with labour, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain daily site records, including:
- Number of workers present each day
- Work assigned to each team/person
- Work completed on that day
- Provide daily progress updates and highlight any delays or issues

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications or registration (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience (project proof required)
- Practical knowledge of RCC construction and site execution
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Basic understanding of quality checks and site procedures
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Be present on-site during working hours and ensure consistent supervision
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
