Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and functional documentation.
- Create process flows, workflows, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirement validation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend business solutions.
- Maintain documentation and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/Software company.

- Enterprise Software Solutions
