Myhna Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Sourcing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for real estate sales and business development.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Executive
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Closing teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Sourcing Executive
- Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and referral networks.
- Generate business through Channel Partners and corporate tie-ups.
- Organize CP meets and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with Channel Partners.
- Achieve sourcing targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert sourced leads into bookings.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Sourcing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
