Role Overview:
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office Only)
Experience: 8 - 12 years
Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing business opportunities by identifying prospect.
2. Planning the sales target & convert the same into business.
3. Prospecting relentlessly to build pipeline and building strong personal relationships with
prospect
4. Retaining all existing customers and upgrading the value of business within the portfolio
5. Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance
6. Tracking and reporting sales progress
7. Creating reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
8. Managing end-to-end client relationship.
9. Design the excellent Product Presentation.
10. Meeting outstation clients.
11. Will be able to conduct demonstration to in front of clients.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of related experience with progressive management experience. (experience in Fin Tech/ Micro finance/ Software selling / Financial industry experience with B2B Sales is a plus).
- Excellent motivational leadership skills to inspire performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent.
- Masters degree in sales, marketing or business administration is good to have.
- Must have advanced computer knowledge and skills..
- Exceptional client handling capability.
- Proactive, dedicated and self-motivated attitude.
- Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.
- A clear demonstration of an interest in Digital Internet technologies.
- Open to Travel with-in assigned client Meeting.
