Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, legal compliance, disciplinary procedures, and HR policies, along with the ability to handle employee grievances, legal matters, and organizational development while ensuring a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Labour Laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and legal notices.
- Coordinate with legal consultants regarding labour disputes and employment-related cases.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Maternity Benefit Act, and other applicable labour laws.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Conduct performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee exits, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support management in organizational planning and manpower budgeting.
- Train and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and employment regulations.
- Experience in handling legal notices, labour disputes, and compliance matters.
- Expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HRMS/HR software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) or PGDM in HR preferred.
- Certification in Labour Law or HR Compliance is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–8 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Management.
- Proven experience in handling statutory compliance and labour law matters.
- Experience in managing a team and working with senior management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
