Hiring: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Responsibilities:
– Lead your assigned kitchen section during food preparation and service
– Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish
– Train and support Commis chefs within your section
– Maintain stock levels and report inventory requirements
– Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
– 2–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
– Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen section
– Strong leadership and communication skills
