Job Description: Cluster Engineer
Location: Jodhpur
CTC: ₹2.8 LPA
Note: Travelling allowance will be provided.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Cluster Engineer with Desktop Support experience to manage and support IT infrastructure and end-user systems across the Jodhpur location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining desktops, resolving hardware/software issues, and supporting cluster/network operations to ensure smooth day-to-day IT functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level desktop support to end users (hardware, software, OS, and peripherals).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Monitor and support cluster/server infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues at the site level.
- Coordinate with regional/central IT teams for escalations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure timely maintenance of IT equipment.
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and SLAs.
- Travel to nearby sites/locations as required for support and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in desktop support and/or cluster/server support preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally as per business requirement.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service oriented approach.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
