The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of automobile/manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and followups Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch departments for timely delivery
- Track order status and update customers regularly
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and monthly performance data
- Support in tender documentation and contract management
- Ensure proper documentation as per company and industry standards
Candidate Requirement:
- 0–1 year of experience in Automobile or Manufacturing/Packing Industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of MS Office, Email Writing
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
