QC Chemist – Nail Polish Manufacturing
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Chemist to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of nail polish products through laboratory testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in Quality Control, preferably in cosmetics, nail polish, paints, chemicals, or related manufacturing industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Conduct physical and chemical analysis as per quality standards
- Ensure products meet required specifications and quality parameters
- Maintain QC records, reports, and documentation accurately
- Carry out stability testing and batch evaluations
- Investigate quality deviations and report non-conformities
- Coordinate with Production and R&D teams to ensure product quality
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and laboratory testing methods
- Experience handling laboratory instruments and testing equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and documentation practices
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Preferred Candidate Location:
Candidates residing in Boisar, Palghar, Tarapur, or nearby areas will be preferred.
