Position: TGT English Teacher

Location: DPS, Unnao
Role Overview
The TGT English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to students of Classes 6 to 9, fostering strong communication, grammar, reading, writing, and literary skills. The teacher should create an engaging classroom environment and promote critical thinking and creativity among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Teach grammar, literature, comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills.
- Encourage students to improve spoken English and communication abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Support students in projects, debates, speeches, and co-curricular activities.
- Monitor student performance and maintain academic records.
- Coordinate with parents during PTMs regarding student progress.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching methodologies in classroom teaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English along with B.Ed.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred.
Salary
- As per school norms and candidate experience.
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
