Job Description: UX/UI Designer
Role: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 7+ years
Duration: 6 months (Extension possible)
Work Hours: 11:00 to 8:00 pm IST
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and solution architects to design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that simplify complex agentic AI interactions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
- Define and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across different AWS-based applications and dashboards.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Design visualizations and dashboards for monitoring AI agents, workflows, and system performance.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business and technical requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing data-heavy dashboards, SaaS platforms, or AI/ML products.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) and accessibility principles.
- Experience in designing for cloud-based solutions or enterprise software (AWS experience preferred).
- Ability to create design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, or Step Functions.
- Experience designing conversational interfaces, agent dashboards, or AI-driven UX patterns.
- Knowledge of data visualization frameworks (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
- Exposure to Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
