Job Detail: Maintenance Electrician Company: Casino Air Caterers and Flight Services (CAFS) Department: Maintenance Job Type: Full-time (Rotational Shifts) Core Duty Keep all food production machinery and electrical systems running safely without interruption. You will handle daily breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, and panel wiring across three main facility zones. Machinery & Equipment Scope Cold Chain Zone: Repairing and maintaining Blast Chillers, Deep Freezers, and Walk-in Cold Rooms. Working on temperature controllers, sensors, and defrost timers. Bakery Line: Troubleshooting Rotary Ovens, Spiral Mixers, and Proofers. Replacing heating elements, timers, and contactors. Hot Kitchen & Wash Area: Maintaining Combi Ovens, Tilting Pans, and Conveyor Dishwashers. Facility Power: Managing 3-phase distribution boards, industrial lighting, and assisting with Diesel Generator checks.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
