Job Summary
The PPC & Operations Engineer will support production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery, optimum resource utilization, and smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Update production reports, MIS, and planning records.
- Track machine utilization and production efficiency.
- Follow up on material availability and coordinate with Stores and Purchase.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and minimize production delays.
- Assist in capacity planning and manpower allocation.
- Prepare production schedules based on customer requirements.
- Maintain ERP entries and production-related documentation.
- Support implementation of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of BOM, Routing, and Production Scheduling.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain concepts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
