Role description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Cloud, Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM), and Enterprise Security Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions across cloud platforms, partnering closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic architecture, hands-on technical expertise, and stakeholder management to drive secure digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end solution architectures for cloud and identity security initiatives across AWS and/or Azure. Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance for IAM, authentication, authorization, and security integration solutions. Define and implement secure access strategies leveraging technologies such as Okta, CyberArk, SSO, MFA, PAM, and Identity Governance platforms. Collaborate with security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions. Develop architecture blueprints, technical designs, standards, and best practices. Ensure solutions align with enterprise security frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements. Drive architecture reviews and support risk assessments for new and existing systems. Work within Agile delivery teams to provide architectural direction throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture governance and technology roadmaps. Required Qualifications Must Have Proven experience as a Solution Architect with hands-on expertise in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) and security technologies including Okta, CyberArk, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture, authentication, authorization, identity federation, and integration patterns. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Experience working in Agile environments, delivering complex enterprise technology solutions across cross-functional teams. Nice to Have Experience leading cloud security, identity modernization, or cyber transformation programs within large enterprises. Knowledge of API Security, Zero Trust Architecture, and modern security frameworks. Industry certifications such as: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Okta Certified Professional CISSP TOGAF Experience working within regulated industries and compliance frameworks. Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring engineering and architecture teams. Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to balance security, scalability, performance, and business requirements. Excellent documentation and architecture design skills. Experience with cloud-native security services and enterprise integration patterns. Experience 12+ years of overall IT experience. 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Cloud Security, Identity, or Enterprise Security Architecture roles. Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
