Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to build and manage the complete HR function at RCM Bharat. As a growing healthcare services company, you will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports our operational and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- End-to-end recruitment for RCM operations roles (medical coding, billing, AR follow-up, denial management, transcription, etc.), as well as support and leadership positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates; manage job portals, referrals, and campus/fresher hiring.
- Design and execute structured onboarding and induction programs.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, performance reviews, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS/data systems.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day people support.
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure full compliance with Indian labour laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, and other applicable regulations.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and code of conduct.
- Support statutory audits and maintain necessary documentation.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives, team-building activities, recognition programs, and internal communication.
- Foster a positive, performance-oriented culture aligned with RCM Bharat’s values of accuracy, compliance, and client focus.
- Support learning & development initiatives relevant to healthcare RCM skills.
Performance Management & Retention
- Implement performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Identify high performers and support career development and retention strategies.
- Assist leadership with workforce planning as the company scales.
Additional Support
- Coordinate with operations and leadership on manpower planning and attrition analysis.
- Handle any other HR-related tasks as required in a growing organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–4 years of relevant HR experience in healthcare, BPO, ITES, or RCM/shared services is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a people-first mindset.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience hiring for process roles (coding, billing, AR calling) in healthcare RCM or similar BPO environments.
- Exposure to shift-based operations or multi-location teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable building HR processes from the ground up.
