Job Description:
vArida-Tech Inc. is hiring an experienced AR Caller with hands-on experience in RXNT and U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving denials, checking claim status, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance payers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims.
- Check claim status through payer portals, phone calls, and RXNT.
- Review and work on aging AR reports.
- Identify reasons for claim denials, rejections, or delays.
- Take appropriate action to resolve claim issues and ensure payment.
- Document all call notes and claim updates accurately in RXNT.
- Verify insurance payments, EOBs, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with billing, coding, and payment posting teams when required.
- Escalate complex or unresolved claims to the supervisor.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience as an AR Caller / Medical Billing AR Follow-up Executive.
- Experience working on RXNT is required/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing and RCM process.
- Familiarity with insurance follow-up, denial management, and claim status checks.
- Ability to understand EOBs, claim forms, CPT, ICD-10, and payer guidelines.
- Good communication skills for speaking with insurance representatives.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in chiropractic, behavioral health, or medical billing AR follow-up.
- Knowledge of payer portals and clearinghouse claim status checks.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality.
Work Responsibilities in RXNT:
- Access patient and claim details in RXNT.
- Review billed claims, payment status, and outstanding balances.
- Update claim notes after payer follow-up.
- Track denials, rejections, and pending claims.
- Assist with claim corrections and rebilling when required.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AR Caller who can manage insurance follow-up efficiently, reduce aging AR, and help improve collections for healthcare clients using RXNT.
Pay: ₹20,642.44 - ₹26,265.65 per month
