Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who can go beyond pitching services; someone who can build relationships, open the right doors, and turn conversations into meaningful creative collaborations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the creative ecosystem and knows how to sell ideas, not just offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients and brands
- Build and nurture strong industry relationships
- Pitch creative solutions across films, content, and campaigns
- Convert leads into projects and long-term collaborations
- Work closely with the internal team to align on opportunities
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development within the creative/media/advertising industry
- Strong network and communication skills
- Proven ability to close deals, not just generate leads
- Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-focused
