Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track leads across all channels
- Coordinate lead allocation and follow-ups with counselling teams
- Maintain CRM hygiene and monitor conversion funnel
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Academics, Product, and Operations teams
- Prepare operational and lead performance reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution
- Follow SOPs and improve operational workflows
- Support reporting, dashboards, and process management
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, lead management, or coordination roles
- Good understanding of CRM tools, lead management, and operational coordination
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
- Edtech/startup experience preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
