We are hiring a passionate and skilled Trainer. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge and interest in teaching.
Qualification Required:
- Must have ITI Diploma / Diploma in Electronics / Electronic Mechanic / Electrician Trade
- CITS Certified candidates will be given preference
- 1 to 3 Years of experience as trainer
- Freshers with excellent practical knowledge can also apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and practical training as per syllabus
- Prepare daily lesson plans, training modules, PPTs and practical demonstrations
- Manage Electronics Lab - maintenance of tools, instruments, components
- Conduct regular assessments, practical exams, viva and provide feedback to students
- Ensure lab safety, discipline and proper handling of equipment by students
- Prepare students for All India Trade Test and for job placements
- Update training content as per latest industry standards and technology
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Components, Circuits, Electrical Wiring
- Good Communication, Presentation and Classroom Management Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge - MS Office, Email
- Positive attitude and passion for teaching
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
