JD For Production quality supervisor
- Ensure strict implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) across all raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Verify that all production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), process check sheets, and quality documentation are completed accurately and in real time.
- Ensure only approved raw materials and packaging materials are used for production.
- Verify correct batch coding, date coding, and product identification before and during production.
- Ensure only the required quantity of pouches and packaging materials are printed and issued to production to prevent excess printed inventory.
- Monitor reconciliation of printed pouches, labels, cartons, and other packaging materials after every batch.
- Ensure all quality deviations, non-conforming materials, rejected products, and suspect materials are immediately identified, labeled, documented, and transferred to the designated Quarantine Area.
- Prevent unauthorized release or use of quarantined materials.
- Prevent excessive printing of the pouches than required.
- Monitor coffee bean handling to prevent spillage, contamination, and unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure all bean spillages are recorded, segregated, and disposed of or reprocessed as per approved procedures.
- Monitor reuse/return powder collection, identification, storage, approval, and usage according to SOPs.
- Ensure rejected or returned powder is never used without Quality approval.
- Verify proper segregation of rework materials and maintain traceability.
- Ensure compliance with the bag colour coding system for raw materials, WIP, rejected materials, approved materials, and finished goods.
- Verify that all containers, bins, pallets, and bags are correctly identified with status labels.
- Prevent mixing of different batches or product variants.
- Maintain the Sharp Tool Register and ensure all sharp tools are accounted for before, during, and after production.
- Conduct regular audits of knives, blades, cutters, scissors, and other sharp tools.
- Report any missing sharp tools immediately and stop production until investigations are completed.
- Monitor compliance with the Foreign Matter Control Program.
- Verify cleaning and inspection of magnets according to the approved frequency.
- Ensure magnet cleaning records are completed accurately.
- Confirm any foreign material found during magnet inspection is recorded and reported.
- Coordinate with Quality for investigation of abnormal findings.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the production area.
- Monitor personnel hygiene, handwashing, PPE compliance, and housekeeping.
- Ensure production equipment and work areas are clean before production starts.
- Verify cleaning records and sanitation checklists.
- Conduct routine shop floor inspections to identify quality, food safety, and process deviations.
- Ensure operators follow approved SOPs and work instructions.
- Verify line clearance before every product changeover.
- Prevent cross-contamination during product changeovers.
- Verify completion of:

- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)

- Magnet inspection records
- Sharp tool records
- Rework/Return powder records
- Spillage records
- Quarantine records
- Cleaning records

- Identify opportunities to reduce wastage of coffee beans, powder, and packaging materials.
- Support CAPA implementation for quality deviations.
- Participate in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and internal audits.
- Conduct operator training on quality systems and food safety practices.
- Drive adherence to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
