Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular diseases.
Manage OPD patients independently.
Perform cataract surgeries (Phaco preferred) and other ophthalmic procedures as per expertise.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Manage emergency ophthalmic cases when required.
Counsel patients regarding treatment plans and surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with optometrists and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in clinical and community outreach activities.
Eligibility
MBBS with MS/MD/DNB Ophthalmology.
Valid Medical Council Registration.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred (Fresh consultants may also apply).
Cataract surgery experience preferred.
Good communication and patient counseling skills.
