- Perform comprehensive pre-delivery inspections (PDI) according to manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
- Check and verify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and safety systems.
- Inspect vehicle/equipment components for defects, damage, or missing parts.
- Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements as required.
- Conduct functional tests, road tests, or operational tests to ensure proper performance.
- Install accessories, attachments, and optional equipment as specified.
- Verify fluid levels, battery condition, tire pressure, and lubrication points.
- Complete quality control checklists and inspection reports accurately.
- Ensure all warranty and service documentation is properly maintained.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams regarding delivery readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturer standards.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in vehicle inspection, servicing, or mechanical repair (preferred).
- Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and inspection checklists.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
