Job Responsibilities
Ø Ensure implementation and daily production schedule food products
Ø Prepare daily production report, and finished goods stock report, and submit to the reporting Manager.
Ø Ensure the stock of raw materials, chemicals, flavor, packing materials, etc. for running production and also ensure supply for next day's production.
Ø Ensure delivery of finished products to all branches.
Ø Prepare and maintain the weekly work schedule to production workers.
Ø Ensure daily pre-production assemblies and training of staff and workers.
Ø Control and coordinate works of the section in charge
Ø Ensure quality and quantity in the area of all production sections.
Ø Ensure production performance in respect of quality and standard of finished products.
Ø Ensure process loss within permissible limits.
Ø Ensure production at minimum cost and maximum output/production.
Criteria /Qualifications/Experience required:
- Candidate with Bachelor’s degree min 3 year(s) experience in food industry.
