Job Description – Maintenance Engineer (Plastic Injection Moulding Machines)
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Chakan
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection moulding machines.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Ensure machine availability and reduce downtime through effective maintenance planning.
- Monitor machine performance and implement improvement actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth machine operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with plastic injection moulding machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, PLCs, electrical panels, and pneumatics.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns efficiently.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
