Senior Captain – Roles & Responsibilities (Short)
- Supervise Captains, Stewards, and service staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate daily duties.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant readiness.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations, food pairing, and upselling.
- Ensure accurate order taking, billing, and payment processing.
- Handle reservations, VIP guests, and special requests.
- Train and guide junior staff on service standards and SOPs.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Report daily operations and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving service and sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
