Quality Analyst (QA) – Quick Commerce / E-Commerce
Experience: 1+ years
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (Calls, Chats, Emails).
- Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to agents.
- Prepare quality reports and identify improvement areas.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process compliance.
- Support calibration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Quick Commerce or E-Commerce process is mandatory.
- Experience in QA within Customer Support/BPO operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of quality metrics and MS Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
