1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth service
- Open/close the café as per schedule
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and local regulations
2. Staff Management
- Train, and supervise café staff (baristas, servers, helpers)
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular feedback sessions
- Handle staff grievances and disciplinary issues
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Monitor service quality, order accuracy, and waiting time
4. Inventory & Vendor Management
- Manage stock of raw materials, beverages, and consumables
- Coordinate with vendors and place timely purchase orders
- Control wastage and monitor inventory costs
5. Sales & Revenue Management
- Monitor daily sales, billing, and cash handling
- Achieve monthly sales targets and control operating costs
- Implement upselling and promotional strategies
6. Financial & Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports and expense records
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll and vendor payments
- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and POS reporting
7. Marketing & Promotions
- Support in executing offers, discounts, and café promotions
- Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising
- Assist in local marketing and customer engagement activities
8. Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper functioning of coffee machines and equipment
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance when required
9. Safety & Security
- Ensure staff and customer safety at all times
- Monitor CCTV, cash handling procedures, and emergency protocols
