Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning Supervision & Area Management
- Supervise cleaning activities in executive cabins including MD, Chairman, Purchase, Accounts, CEO, and Manager cabins.
- Oversee cleaning in production areas such as cake oven, packing sections, blister & jumbo sections, moulding, TFM, lollipop, and jelly packing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of utility areas including lunch rooms, maintenance rooms, power room, stores, and corridors.
- Monitor cleanliness of exterior areas including front office to main gate, washroom corridors, and staff quarters.
2. Specialized Cleaning Activities
- Ensure regular cleaning of water chillers (daily external cleaning and weekly internal cleaning).
- Monitor and supervise the operation of floor scrubbing machines.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across all areas.
3. Waste Management & Material Handling
- Supervise removal of production scrap such as cake scrap and wafer stick scrap.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste (cotton, plastic, covers, etc.).
- Oversee loading and movement of materials including oil cans, drums, waste, corrugated boxes, and covers.
4. Workforce Management
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance and discipline.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
- Track lunch breaks and ensure smooth workforce coordination.
5. Monitoring & Compliance
- Conduct routine physical checks of employees (e.g., general shift and day shift workers).
- Ensure hourly inspection of washrooms (male, female, staff, and management facilities).
- Maintain hygiene compliance as per company standards.
6. Inventory & Material Control
- Monitor and maintain stock of housekeeping materials such as phenyl, acid, and soap oil.
- Coordinate with stores for material requisition and availability.

Pay: ₹10,409.41 - ₹18,000.00 per month
