An established civil contractor with 20+ years in government construction, maintenance, and public health engineering works across North India is hiring a Civil Site Engineer for projects based in the Chandigarh Tri-City region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
If you are a hands-on site engineer who can read a tender and run the work on the ground, we want to talk to you.
What you will do:
- - Run day-to-day site execution for construction, maintenance, and public health works (plumbing, sanitary, water supply, drainage)
- - Read and work from tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- - Supervise site labour and material, and track daily progress
What we need:
- - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- - 2-3 years of site experience, preferably with a PWD, CPWD, MC, or UT contractor
- - Able to read and work from tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- - Able to supervise site work on your own
- - Read, write, and communicate in English, and speak Hindi
- - Living in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula
Good to have:
- - Familiarity with BOQ and DSR
- - Site measurement and measurement book (MB) recording
- - Quality checks and RA bill preparation
- - Own two-wheeler
