Job Description for Human Resource Manager:
An HR Manager to oversee all aspects of an organization's human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and ensuring compliance with labour laws, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Responsibilities & duties:
Ø Take complete charge of all HR activities across office and plant
Ø Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Ø Identifying vacancies, post open job, follow up with consultancies for interview, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.
Ø Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process.
Ø Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies etc. and other related information.
Ø Identify training needs and develop training programs.
Ø Facilitate continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Ø Manage performance management process
Ø Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans
Ø Arranging picnics, corporate training programs, Festivals etc. in office and factory
Ø Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
Ø Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
Ø Organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, or other functions that involve the MD’s participation.
Required skills and qualifications
Ø 4+ years experience in specific HR roles in a Manufacturing company. Handled recruitment, employee relations, or compensation and benefits.
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:
