Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Create 2D and 3D architectural drawings, floor plans, and digital models using CAD or BIM software.
- Project Support: Help senior architects prepare project proposals, presentation materials, and building specifications.
- Site Work: Visit construction sites to measure spaces, document existing conditions, and ensure the work follows the plans.
- Research: Study local building codes, regulations, and construction materials for project compliance.
- Team Coordination: Attend client meetings, take notes on project requirements, and assist structural or electrical engineers.
Essential Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in programs like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and good verbal communication.
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, booking boardrooms, and organizing appointments or corporate travel.
- Document Preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and formatting memos, reports, and presentations.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating electronic databases, physical filing systems, and contact lists.
- Communication & Front Desk
- Answering Calls: Directing inquiries to the correct department, taking accurate messages, and managing general office phone lines.
- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming clients, vendors, and guests, and notifying the appropriate staff of their arrival.
- Correspondence: Sorting, routing, and responding to emails, letters, and packages. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹9,379.51 - ₹32,428.39 per month
