Location: AFDC (Accelerated Freeze Drying Company Ltd.), Ezhupunna, Cherthala
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc), Food Technology, or Food Science.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in seafood processing or production. Experience in freezing technologies or value-added seafood products is an advantage.
Skill:
- Expertise in monitoring seafood production lines and maintaining meticulous batch records.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in local language communication (Malayalam) and English.
Role: Supervise daily seafood production at the Ezhupunna facility, ensuring a seamless workflow from raw material reception to final packaging. Responsibilities include monitoring critical process parameters, ensuring strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards, and implementing strategies for waste reduction and efficiency.
