Duty Hours: 12 Hours (08:00 AM to 08:00 PM)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Valet Supervisor to oversee daily valet parking operations, manage parking staff, ensure smooth functioning of mechanical parking systems, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and supervise Mechanical Parking Systems, including Stack Parking and Puzzle Parking.
· Conduct daily team briefings before the start of each shift.
· Monitor daily valet operations and ensure service quality.
· Post daily operational and site activity images in the designated WhatsApp group.
· Organize and conduct weekly training sessions for valet staff.
· Maintain and monitor daily attendance records.
· Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports.
· Manage uniform inventory and ensure adequate stock availability for all staff.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
· Coordinate with management on staffing and operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
· Experience handling Stack Parking and Puzzle Parking systems.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Good communication and coordination abilities.
· Knowledge of attendance management and reporting.
· Basic MS Excel skills preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
