Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate must have experience in Real Estate Lead Generation campaigns and be able to manage paid advertising campaigns independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate quality real estate leads within target CPL
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Create ad copies and suggest creative ideas
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budget allocation
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- A/B test ads, creatives and landing pages
- Coordinate with design and sales team for campaign execution
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in Real Estate Lead Generation campaigns
- Understanding of CPL, CTR, ROAS, Quality Score
- Knowledge of keyword research tools
- Ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Experience with Lead Forms and Landing Page campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google Ads / Meta Certification (Preferred)

Outstation candidates must be willing to relocate to Noida
