- We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong hands on experience in UiPath and Python to design develop and maintain automation solutions
- The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Design develop test and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
- Develop and integrate Python scripts for automation and data processing
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Create reusable components workflows and automation frameworks
- Perform troubleshooting debugging and optimization of bots
- Ensure adherence to RPA best practices security and compliance standards
- Support bot monitoring maintenance and enhancements post deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- 3 5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
- Strong Python programming experience scripting data handling APIs
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator scheduling monitoring deployments
- Knowledge of databases SQL and file handling Excel CSV PDF etc
- Exposure to APIs web services and system integrations
- Understanding of SDLC Agile and automation best practices
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
- UiPath Certification Advanced RPA Developer preferred
- Experience with enterprise automation or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with version control tools Git SVN
- Exposure to cloud platforms or AI ML integration is a plus
