Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will support strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and implement key projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities.

Analyse business performance metrics and prepare dashboards/reports for leadership.

Support strategic projects such as process optimization, digital transformation, and new product launches.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.

Prepare presentations and business cases for senior management decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, Sales R&R or business analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:

Exposure to insurance, banking, or financial services industry.

Strong MS Excels with Dashboard

Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
