What you'll do
We are at housiey Mumbai hiring real estate professionals who are smart, self motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, are confident and aggressive and have ability to sell.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 Yrs of Real Estate Experience
Experience of working in New Launch Preferred
Comprehensive real estate sales knowledge
Must have excellent communication and leadership skill.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Ability to drive and achieve sales along with the team as per organizational target
Responsible for the team's calling customers regarding projects and completing sales.
Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.
Be at the site on weekends & help each team member with the closing
Providing Training and guidance to the team as and when required.
Make sure team members complete their visit & booking targets
Take daily, weekly & monthly team review
