Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage interior fit-out and modular projects from initiation to handover. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project lifecycle from site measurement to final handover.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control interior and modular projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage project budgets, material planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor contractor and vendor performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to site protocols.
- Obtain client approvals and maintain project documentation.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and modular projects.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle site teams, vendors, and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Modular Furniture, or Construction Project Management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Strong understanding of site execution, BOQ, vendor management, and project scheduling.
