Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for project and support roles across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.
- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required by management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

- Full-cycle recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
