Key Responsibilities
- Train students in complete USA Truck Dispatching Operations
- Teach practical concepts including:
- Load booking
- Rate negotiation
- Broker communication
- Route planning
- Carrier packet setup
- Truck management
- Documentation handling
- Dispatch software & load boards
- Provide live examples and real industry scenarios
- Solve student doubts and provide one-on-one guidance
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and practice sessions
- Conduct mock calls and communication practice
- Help students gain confidence for real-time dispatch work
- Maintain professional classroom and training standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the USA Truck Dispatch Industry
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to explain concepts in an easy and practical way
- Good command of English and professional communication
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Positive attitude and leadership qualities
- Ability to handle freshers and beginners professionally
Experience
- Minimum 3 Years of Teaching/Training Experience preferred
- Candidates with real-time US Truck Dispatching experience will be highly preferred
- Freshers with excellent dispatch knowledge, communication skills, and teaching passion may also apply
