Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kozhikode (Calicut). The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support sales growth for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, and negotiating agreements in line with company objectives. The role will also involve collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, and client relationship management within real estate or related industries.
- Strong skills in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning for new projects and target segments.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the Kerala real estate market, particularly Kozhikode and surrounding regions, is highly beneficial.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
