Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement and onboarding. It is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BSC Psychology, or related field).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
