The PDI Manager leads the inspection team, manages yard inventory, and acts as the final quality gate between the manufacturer (OEM) and the buyer. Their main goal is achieving zero-defect vehicle deliveries that maximize customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Inspection Oversight: Supervise 100% of vehicle inspections following strict manufacturer checklists (checking fluid levels, tire pressure, battery health, electrical systems, and body paint/scratches).
- Defect Management: Identify transit damage or manufacturing defects early, coordinating with the workshop or service team for immediate repairs or warranty claims.
- Accessory & Final Prep: Ensure requested accessories are installed properly, and oversee the washing, polishing, and interior cleaning of the vehicle.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Team to prioritize delivery schedules, the Service/Workshop Team for repairs, and logistics for yard stock movement.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain signed PDI checklists, VIN-wise tracking, delivery kits (manuals, service books, spare keys), and daily/monthly readiness reports.
- Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and evaluate PDI technicians and support staff on safety and quality standards
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
