Job Summary:
The DCDP – South Indian assists in preparing and cooking authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. The role supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, curries, rice items, chutneys, and sambhar.
- Assist in daily food preparation and service.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Handle mise-en-place and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Reduce wastage and ensure proper storage.
- Support team members during service.
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic culinary qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
