- Inventory & Stock: Monitor food stock levels, order necessary raw materials, and minimize food wastage.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff, commis chefs, and helpers.
- Safety & Sanitation: Enforce strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper food storage
