Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of all programs, pricing, pedagogy, and differentiators to confidently handle objections and queries.

Sales Conversion
Close Sales: Drive conversions by confidently handling objections, building urgency, and guiding prospects toward informed purchase decisions.
Follow-Up: Execute structured and timely follow-ups to maximize lead-to-conversion ratios and reduce drop-offs.
Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
Customer Relationship Management
Personalised Service: Deliver a high-touch client experience, ensuring clarity, trust, and responsiveness throughout the sales journey.

Administrative Tasks
