Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Entries
- Recording Purchase, Sales, and Journal Entries.
- Managing Petty Cash and maintaining Cash Book records.
- Maintaining accounting records for production entries (Semi-Finished Goods & Finished Goods).
- Preparing and verifying Delivery Notes and Stock Transfer Entries.
- Assisting in day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.
Inventory & Billing
- Maintaining Finished Goods inventory records.
- Preparing billing and related documentation.
- Coordinating with Stores and Production departments to ensure stock movement accuracy.
- Supporting inventory reconciliation and record maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or any Finance-related degree.
- 0–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
