- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Scheduling regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment (e.g., chillers, boilers, laundry machines) to prevent breakdowns.
- Guest Room Maintenance: Conducting "room care" tasks like repairing fixtures, plumbing, furniture, and lighting to ensure high standards.
- Emergency Repairs: Responding promptly to service requests regarding HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry issues.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all machinery, alarms, and fire safety systems meet, or exceed, health and safety regulations.
- Property Upkeep: Maintaining the "curb appeal" of the hotel, including landscaping, exterior lighting, and painting.
- Energy Management: Driving sustainability by implementing eco-friendly procedures and reducing energy consumption.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate, up-to-date logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory using management systems
